How WhatsApp Business replies work
The free WhatsApp Business app has three tools that save you typing. A greeting message goes out by itself when someone messages you for the first time, or after 14 days without contact. An away message goes out by itself on the schedule you choose, such as outside business hours. Quick replies are saved answers you send by typing / and a shortcut, and you can save up to 50 of them.
What should my first quick replies be?
Start with the questions you answer every day: your hours, where you are, how to pay, and how to book or order. Then add the questions specific to your trade, such as cancellation policy for a salon or call-out fee for a plumber.
Is this free?
Yes. The generator is free and needs no sign-up, and nothing you type is stored or sent anywhere: it all runs in your browser.
